- -Supervising the whole production performance including R&D and product improvement.
-Supervising and control manpower, to monitor daily activities, which include planning and scheduling production flow.
-To initiate problem solving and troubleshooting to reduce production delays.
-Responsible for overall production process including material planning, warehouse and inventory management, machinery upkeep and maintenance, logistics.
-Good personality, responsible, self initiative, able to work with team & independently. - Requirements :
- - Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related filed.
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in similar industry will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in HACCP and ISO 9001requirement.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Computer literate.
- Proven ability to lead, coordinate and organize production and store planning.
