Description :: •To ensure timely renewal of license(s) /road tax
•Assist in the new application of company license (manufacturing/MITI)
•To provide updated speed dial list and phone extension list for individual plant
•Monitor receptionist performance and to support Receptionist activity.
•To ensure hostel name list and etc are updated for payment preparation
•To ensure the hostels’ facilities are well maintained
• Preparation of TNB, SYABAS , Hostel Rental and etc payment reports to Account Department
•To ensure Transporter list with full details is up-to-date.
•Monitoring scrap activity and arrange with buyer for waste disposal collection
•Monitor and maintain stock levels for company uniform
•To ensure cleaner to carry out daily cleanliness duties at office area.
•To coordinate on staff welfare activities
•To monitor all Trademark renewal’s date and assist for new application
•To handle all company vehicles insurance claim
•Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess at least a basic related Diploma or equivalent
•Minimum 2-3 years working experience in a similar capacity in a manufacturing environment.
•Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
•Computer literate; Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver.
•Possess good administrative and organization skills.
•Ability to start work immediately will be an advantage.
•Candidate must be willing to work in Rawang

Cocoaland story began when two brothers started out as small time vendors selling deep-fried snacks and banana fritters in the Klang Valley. They were later joined by other brothers and moved upstream in their business activities in order to benefit from higher margins. Mite Food Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. was formed in 1980 as a manufacturing and distributing company. Success finally came in the mid-1980s when the brothers successfully identified a market opportunity for the manufacture of polytubed drinks, which enable the company to venture into the overseas market for the first time, exporting to Middle East, and purchase their own factory, where the group's second sucessful product 'Koko Jelly' was produced. Today Cocoaland Holding Group is managed by (10) siblings.
