Description :: 1. Plan, devising and establish a company’s quality procedures, standard and specifications.
2. Reviewing customers’ specifications and making sure that they are met.
3. Working with Purchasing and Sourcing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers and also from the customers.
4. Setting quality standards and safety as well.
5. Ensuring that manufacturing or production processes meet the national standard and ISO9001 system.
6. Always looking at reducing waste and improve efficiency.
7. Defining quality requirements in conjunction to operating staff.
8. Setting up and maintaining control and documental procedures.
9. Define and monitor suppliers’ performance by gathering relevant data and produce statistical reports for improvements.
10. Suggesting for changes and improvement internally and externally explaining how to implement them.
11. Using relevant quality tools and making sure that managers and other staff understand to to use it effectively.
12. Making sure that the company is working as effectively and efficiently keeping up with the competitors.
13. Able to handle various type of QC equipment is an added advantage.
14. If supplier or customer have quality issue might need travel outstation
Requirements :: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or more than 6 years of experience in the related field.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production; familiarity with our industry might be necessary. Hand on practical knowledge in ISO9001 system is a must.
