Description :: - Assist Head of Sales Planning Department in managing Seihan Planning section
- Lead a team and provide clear direction and follow through by coaching team members, while monitoring and guide their efforts in obtaining successful result.
- Monthly Target Setting
- Analyze overall market situation on monthly basis
- New model launch coordination
- To organise monthly activities to understand market situation
- To conduct monthly meeting within internal department
- To work closely with Production Control on monthly basis
- Able to coordinate on production adjustment
- To review all the materials before presentations to management
- Monthly reporting to management
- Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- High proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional attention to details
- Analytical – understands complex of diverse information and conceptualizes solutions
- Good negotiation skill
- Has serve 3 years in a supervisory capacity and exhibits strong, confident leadership and the desire to mentor subordinates
- Knowledge of Automotive Sales business will be an added advantage
- At least 6 years’ experience in the related field
