Description :: - Responsible for coordinating the process and Production Team to continuously improve process Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
- Establish process control and perform machine / material process qualification
- Tracking and close monitoring of process input and output parameter & take necessary actions.
- Participate in the continuous improvement process and technology transfer.
- Document manufacturing instructions, control plan and methods to maintain highest product and process quality.
- Provide training to production on standard operating procedures and operation conditions.
- Contribute and implemented technical ideals in investigate, analyse, recommend and implement process technologies to enhance the process, making more stable and robust processes.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree of engineer (Preferable Electrical and Electronic).
- At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience working in solar or semiconductor industry is preferred
- Candidate is required work on shift
- Good knowledge of process control, engineering and process development
- Good knowledge of analytical and optimization models and methods, i.e. process control, sex sigma, DOE.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to motivate people
- Excellent communication skill and ability to work in team, flexible and able to work independently and diligently
-Required languages (Bahasa Malaysia, English)
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
