Description :: - Responsible to plan, direct, manage, monitor, control and coordinate the architecture works in order to achieve timely completion of the project within specified quality, specifications and cost.
- Responsible to liaise with the interior design department and Project team in the development of various projects
- Responsible to liaise with clients/suppliers/contractors including authorities on the project/s at hand.
- Responsible to attend meetings and visit site project/s as and when required.
- Responsible to perform administrative duties related to project/s.
- Responsible to design, coordinate and administer architectural works.
- Responsible to ensure architecture quality management and adequate coordination of works, duties, responsibilities among consultants site personnel.
- Resolve technical and contractual issues and supervise preparation of submission drawings & working drawings.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
