- Costing Assistant
- Responsible to prepare material pricing for costing, quotation & tenders
- Costing breakdown for approval.
- Draft / submit quotation to client.
- Any other ad-hoc matter assignments from time to time.
Purchasing Assistant
- Responsible for ordering for stock (metal & engineering products)
- Responsible to sourcing, enquiry, negotiation, price comparison, issue Purchase Order and obtain approval from Senior Purchaser.
- Responsible to follow up and expedite orders
- Preparation of reports and schedules such as Daily Purchasing Schedule and Monthly Purchasing Report
- Clerical works such as matching invoices against Delivery Order and Purchases Order, filling and allocation costing on invoices
- Any other ad-hoc matter assignments from time to time. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least LCCI / Certificate in Accounting / Diploma in Business Administration
- Required language (English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin)
- 1 year working experience in related field is required
