Description :: - Responsible for all aspects of quality assurance activities of raw materials, in process and finished product
- Responsible to ensure effective implementation of HACCP, pre-requisite program and quality system.
- Responsible to support line troubleshooting and provide feedback to manufacturing department on all quality aspects
- Responsible to update relevant quality SOP, ISO and HACCP documents.
- Responsible to responsible for product quality sensory evaluation to meet customer expectation.
- Conducting internal audit and plant review to ensure effective GMP.
- Direct, control and motivate all subordinates in all aspects affecting their work performance.
- Direct the investigation of customers complaints on products and ensure proper measures are taken where necessary
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or equivalent.
- Candidate with 2 - 3 years of working experience in the related field/specializing in Quality Control/Assurance in food processing industry is preferred.
- Experienced in handling internal & external ISO/HACCP audit will be an added advantage.
- Computer literate & professional work ethic.
- Self-starter, highly motivated, independent, dynamic & good team player
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
