Description :: - Responsible to assist contract manager in providing support for procurement, cost and contract administration
- Pre-contract works, eg. Analyzing scope of tender, checking tender documents, calling tender/quotation, evaluate tender submission
- Post-contract works, eg. Conduct site valuation, keep track variation order, review payment certification, finalization of account
- Responsible to conduct feasibility studies, costing and budgeting construction cost
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering, Building & Construction, Quantity Survey or equivalent
- Preferably Executives with 3 - 5 years of working experience in the related field or equivalent for this position
- Possess knowledge on construction costing and contract administration of various type of buildings
- Preferably Chinese-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
