- - Responsible to recommend and implement productivity improvements to latex dipping processes, methods and controls.
- Responsible to introduce new technology, machines and equipments to improve latex dipping process productivity.
- Responsible to develop and implement optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods to improve latex dipping productivity.
- Responsible to improve latex dipping process capability & product yield.
- Responsible to carry out FAT testing & validations (IQ, OQ & PQ) according to ISO 13485, for latex dipping product, process and new material qualification.
- Responsible to coordinate and introduce latex dipping New Product into production lines. Define product cost, capacity, machines equipments & process requirements and investment proposals.
- Thorough understandings of latex compounding process to troubleshoot, resolves, and improve manufacturing problems and process yield.
- Thorough understandings of chemical employed in latex content and provide technical assistance, to manufacturing to resolve process problem and yield.
- Responsible to analyze latex dipping chemical data and propose improvement to process yield. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least an Engineering Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in, Rubber and Latex. Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymers or closely related field or equivalent (with major in Rubber and Latex) will be considered.
- Required skills (Rubber and latex dipping processes, Six Sigma and SPC) ISO-13485 & FDA requirements, Project Management and NPI.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in rubber and latex, compounding and dipping process improvement and development capacity is preferred.
- Required languages (Bahasa Malaysia, English)
- Possess in depth knowledge in rubber, latex and compounding chemical.
- Strong drive for process improvement, self motivated and a team player - Lowest Qualification :
