Description :: - Responsible to implement automation projects to improve productivity.
- Responsible to introduce new technology, machines and equipments to improve productivity.
- Responsible to implement new jigs and fixtures to improve productivity.
- Responsible to improve machine process capability & product yield.
- Responsible to carry out FAT testing & validations (IQ, OQ & PQ) according to ISO 13485, for automated machines qualification.
- Responsible to introduce New Product into production lines. Define product cost, capacity, conveyor systems, machines equipments & process requirements and investment proposals.
- Responsible to analyze data and propose preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to improve equipment reliability and operation.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least an Engineering Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in,Robotics &/or Mechatronics, Electro-mechanical, Mechanical & Control Systems or equivalent.
- At least 2-4 years of working experience in automation projects implementation
- Required skills (Automation Projects, Six Sigma, Statistical Analysis, AutoCad)
- Preferable knowledge in ISO-13485 & FDA requirements, Project Management and NPI.
- Required languages (Bahasa Malaysia, English)
- Strong automation conceptual and technical capabilities skills.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering – Automation & Robotics with proven productivity improvement projects or equivalent.
