- - Responsible to perform daily maintenance, service, repair and modification for existing tooling as assigned.
- Responsible to set up and operate all standard tool room equipment including; milling, lathe, surface grinding machine and etc.
- Responsible to practice good housekeeping, 5S and safety is observed at workplace at all times.
- Responsible to carry out any other tasks assigned by the management or superior. - Requirements :
- - Preferably SPM or equivalent with 1 year of relevant tooling experience.
- Familiar with the basic mould servicing and repairing knowledge.
- Able to perform spot welding and argon welding.
- Able to operated tooling machineries such as milling, grinding and lathe.
- Able to repair Plastic Injection Mould. - Lowest Qualification :
