Description :: - Attend to complaints received from customers as well as prepare samples requested by customers.
- Respond to high volume of sales enquiries via phone, email and in writing.
- Speaking with customers using clear and professional language.
- Contacting potential customers to arrange appointments on the Sales Manager’s behalf.
- Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.
- Responsible to resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history, identifying alternate means for filling orders, notifying managers and customers.
- Responsible to provide sales report on monthly basis and prepares for presentations by compiling data and develop presentation formats.
- Responsible to liaise with Shipping Department on shipment matters.
- Responsible to maintains promotional database.
- Responsible to updates managers by consolidating, analysing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
- Responsible to ensure ISO implementation in the department.
- Additional responsibilities as and when instructed by Sales Manager.
Requirements :: - English fluency is essential as candidate will be interacting with customers occasionally on behalf of our Sales Manager either via email or face to face directly.
- Basic Computer literate is required ( Ms Word, Ms Excel , Ms Outlook at the very least ).
- Minimum 2 years working experience in previous administration and/or customer service environment.
