Description :: - Administer and implement all computer-related technologies, including but not limited to network security, Internet operations and software upgrades.
- Responsible to supervise the installation of new computer hardware
- Responsible to ensure that the computer systems are kept working in an efficient manner.
- Responsible to maintain the company's data and filing system in server.
- Identifying network issues and fix them.
- Responsible to ensure email and data storage networks work properly.
- Scheduling upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems.
- Responsible to ensure the smooth running of all ICT systems, including anti-virus software, print services and email provision.
- Securing data from internal and external attack.
- Offering users appropriate support and advice.
- Responsible to updates managers by consolidating, analysing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
- Managing crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems.
- Responsible to ensure ISO implementation in the department.
- Additional responsibilities as and when instructed by General Manager.
Requirements :: - Possess Diploma in related field and 2 years experienced
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize and execute.
