Description :: - Responsible for preparation of document for purchase procedure, e.g. prepare PO, checking & certify PO/DO/Invoices for payment process, etc.
- Responsible to contact with suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems for smooth running of production department operation.
- Responsible to handle receiving, checking, storing, disributing and recording of goods.
- Resolving any issues that arise after receiving the ordered good and services.
- Feedback and follow up the issues regarding quality, shortage and warranty claim with supplier.
- Responsible to undertake any jobs as directed from time to time.
- Maintaining a filing system in the purchase department and updating appropriate records when required.
- Responsible to prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Required languages (Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English)
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skills (UBS Software & must be excellent skill in Microsoft Office)
- Experience in full set of stock management.
- Pro-active and resourceful in resolving job related issues.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Preferably candidate who can start work immediately.
