- - Responsible to assist Engineering Manager
- Responsible to carry out and co-ordinate engineering activities to meet yields, capacity, efficiency and productivity.
- Responsible to generate process flow, process specification and work instructions per requirements.
- Responsible to carry out assigned project/ tasks delegated by Superior.
- Responsible to participate in start-up meetings for new product introduction and involve in new product transitions.
- Responsible to conduct process, jig, fixture and machine qualification prior to mass production.
- Work with support engineering groups related to parts and product evaluations.
- Responsible to lead and conduct process improvement activities.
- Responsible to establish and implement process control systems to ensure process and product quality consistency.
- Responsible to provide the necessary process training to related staffs and operators per training requirements.
- Responsible to provide Management with relevant reports related to production yield, capacity, efficiency and productivity.
- Responsible to lead and initiate cost control plans, implement and enforce compliance. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Engineering (Industrial), manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Mechanical or equivalent.
- Preferably 3 years of working experience in Plastic Injection Molding.
- Preferably specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Knowledge in Plastic Injection Molding & trouble shooting.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
