- - Responsible to achieve branch's sales & profit objectives
- Responsible to identify market opportunities, provide insights and market feedback to HQ to contribute to NHF's continuous improvement
- Responsible to plan, manage and control smooth running of the whole operations of the branch in order to meet customers' order and sales target
- Responsible to plan, manage and implement continuous improvement activities to increase in productivity and efficiency of the branch
- Attending to and solving customers' enquiries and complaints
- Responsible to manage optimal level of inventory and stock accuracy so as to prevent lost sales due to stock out and excessive inventory
- Responsible to recruit, motivate, train and develop subordinates so as to achieve the branch objectives - Requirements :
- - Minimum Diploma / 5 years related working experiences in managing a branch
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the automotive parts / products industry, managing customers, key dealers / account is a plus point
- Budget planning and cost control
- Flexible to be relocated between Peninsular & East Malaysia is a must
- Required languages (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin) - Lowest Qualification :
