Description :
(A) SALES GROWTH MANAGEMENT
- To identify and develop business opportunities strategy and action plan locally, establish and maintain long term business relationship with existing and potential customers
- To decide product pricing and sales forecast by providing industry and market information
- To ensure sales margin for all products is met.
- To ensure that the proper billing and documentation related to sales
- To ensure smooth running day to day sales activities
- To execute the action plan with speed and accuracy

(B) SALES FORCE MANAGEMENT
- To lead sales team in achieving profitable sales budgets by brands and regions through active sales and marketing activities
- To ensure the team has sufficient motivated and competent sales engineers

(C) CREDIT MANAGEMENT AND BAD DEBT COLLECTION ASSISTANT
- To assist optimal bill collection, prioritizing & initiating collection activities for long overdue payment, deciding credit terms, pursuing payment from customers for long over due payment and verifying letter of credit, etc
- To ensure that customers’ credit exposure is at an acceptable level by reviewing and analysing the credit limit of client

(D) DEPARTMENTAL COST CONTROL
- To ensure departmental cost is met according to budget and execute improvement programme for cost down purpose

(E) CUSTOMER SERVICE SATISFACTION MANAGEMENT
- To enhance customer service satisfaction

(F) STOCK MANAGEMENT
- To manage and develop plan for trading goods stock level control
- To ensure timeliness and accurate sales information to Production Department for better production and stock management

(G) OTHER RELATED TASKS
- To perform other tasks that contributes to the smooth daily operation 
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
- Written and spoken in Mandarin and English.
- Must have experience in handling project-based.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in HVAC industry or similar portfolios.
- Candidates with oil and gas, semiconductor, gaseous filtration industries would be an added advantage.
- Proven track record in leading a team to achieve sales target and profit.
- Result oriented, resourceful, meticulous, pro-active and good presentation skills.
