Description :: • To ensure the overall factory management and production activities are efficient, effective and productive
• To ensure the factory is fully complying with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, Halal requirements and all other food safety acts
• To ensure continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and factory operations
• To ensure product quality meeting customer requirements and all products quality issues being solved properly on timely manner to the satisfaction of customers
• To formulate factory yearly business plan and ensure monthly management report being prepared and reported to superior on timely manner
• To ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines and materials
• Any other initiatives as required by Immediate Superior
Requirements :: • At least Degree in Food Technology or equivalent
• Min 5 years working experience in traditional medicine or food manufacturing company or similar industry
• Must be able to communicate and write in Bahasa Malaysia, and English. Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
• Only Malaysia citizen or permanent residence need to apply
• Excellent leadership and Management skill
• Mature with substantial work experience in managing an entire factory/production operation
