- Responsible to oversee daily general admin operation & office support activities.
- Responsible to assist in company events and employee welfare activities.
- Travel arrangement such as booking of flights, accommodation and transports.
- Replenishment of the groceries & stationery.
- Responsible to upkeep office & maintenance office equipments including furniture and fixture, telephone system, computers, copy machines etc.
- Renewal of foreign workers permit, vehicle insurance/road tax & Coordination in car maintenance.
- Maintaining an organized filing system.
- Handling some issues relating to accounts.
- Any ad-hoc task as and when assigned by the superior. 
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accountancy. Those with lower qualification but with relevant experience will be considered.
- At least 3 years relevant experience in account and office administration affairs.
- Dynamic, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Initiative and committed with capability of multi-tasking.
- Required languages (Chinese and English both spoken and written)
- Possess own transport.
