Description :: - Responsible to liaise with customer for any complaint and / or quality issue
- Responsible to log in all complaints into PCR form & to ensure the file keep in proper filing
- Responsible to conduct meeting with related departments for Quality claim issue & progress
- Responsible to verify Quality claim issue with assistant from R&D and Engineering / related Department
- Responsible to serve & reply customer within time request through 8D report or any problem solving report or as per requested by customer
- Responsible to liaise or monitor with related department for replacement or credited
- Responsible to follow up each improvement was implemented, done and no repeatable
- Responsible to ensure internal quality implementation is meet customer requirement
- To be responsible on the effectiveness of the counter measure carry out by the related department regarding the quality issue
- Responsible to prepare monthly KPI for the complaint or return related issue
- Responsible to maintain implementation of ISO/TS 16949:2009 Standard, 5's activities and Safety & Health in the department
- Any other job as relevant will be assign from time to time by the superior or management
Requirements :: - Possess at least Diploma in Engineering / Manufacturing or equivalent with 3 years experience in related industry
- Possess analytical mind, initiative & be able to interact with people at all level
- Must possess leadership quality, work independently & follow instruction accurately
- Must computer Literate
- Have knowledge of ISO/TS 16949:2009 would be preferable
- Have knowledge of ISO/TS 16949:2009 Internal Audit
- Able to communicate with effectively both internally and with supplier / customer and able to write report in English
- Knowledge in Quality Inspection skill, problem solving skill, QC Tools & 5 core tools (APQP/FMEA/SPC/MSA/PPAP)
