Description :: - Responsible to coordinate daily shipment flow
- Responsible to ensure that all shipment are accurate done without failing timeline
- Fully handle sea freight export documentation
- Dealing with shipping company and customer
- Responsible to prepare performance Invoice and delivery note
- Responsible to monitors daily performance of Brokers, Forwarders as well as the shipment they handle
- Responsible to provide all documents needed by brokers/forwarders in releasing of IM
- Responsible to prepare Certificate of Identification (CI) for export
- Prepare packing list.e Delivery Instruction (DI) for operation team reference and account to generate invoice /packing list
- Responsible to cooperate with store personal to release shipment to customer
- Monitor's performance of shipping agents, forwarders as well as the shipment on customer requirement
- Need to help to compute duties and taxes
- Secured all accessories declared in bill of lading
- Responsible to incharge of checking of billings attached by shipping agent and forwarders
- Must provide all documents needed by shipping agent / forwarders in releasing export
- Monitors customers delivery status
- Responsible to assist Sales / Marketing team on delivery issues
- Responsible to liaise & coordinate with shipping agent / forwarder on shipping arrangement
- Reporting and advising on customers correspondence on logistic and shipping issue
- Responsible to maintain implementation of ISO/TS 16949:2009 Standard, 5'S activities and Safety & health in the department
Requirements :: - Must possess at least SPM Certificate
- 2-3 years working experience in related field
- Have basic knowledge of shipping coordination and documentation is an added advantage
- PC literate and Independent with good interpersonal skills.
- Must familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and email correspondence
- Proficient in both (Bahasa Malaysia & English)
- Good learning attitude and self-dicipline
- Mature, responsibility and able to work with minimum supervision
