- - Responsible for the leadership and management of value stream in meeting company’s safety, quality, quantity, cost, delivery and speed in alignment with the company’s vision, mission and objectives.
- Lead and manage daily value stream work planning and schedule to achieve target output, control rejects and material loss.
- Responsible for efficient manpower planning, coaching and management within the value stream.
- Responsible to manage and check on all production tools, equipments, accessories, etc are in good condition and renew when needed at start of each shift.
- Responsible to generate and upkeep of reports such as daily production output, projections, wastages and raw material consumption, inventory and machine downtime.
- Responsible to monitor production schedule accomplishment to ensure that all deliveries are on-time.
- Maintain full 5S in the production floor, lead Lean Six Sigma/Kaizen projects, continuous improvement activities and maintain ISO 9001 requirement in the value stream.
- Responsible to coordinate quality control objectives and activities within the value stream to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability and minimize cost.
- Responsible to check and update relevant production documents and records to ensure production comply with ISO 9001 requirement.
- Work within tooling department on mold condition and plan for timely mold replacement.
- Continuously motivate, coach, manage and train subordinates to upkeep work morale and work performance to support the growth of the company. - Requirements :
- - Minimum Diploma in Industrial/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
- For non-graduates, minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge in process/ productivity/ quality/ material yield improvement
- Abilities to conduct studies, analysis and propose improvement plans.
- Able to organize production activities and supervise effectively.
- Matured and good working attitude.
- Able to work independently, strong leadership, good communication and inter-personal skills.
- Good command (English and Bahasa Malaysia)
- Ability of handle multiple tasks and assignment simultaneously.
- Possess drive, motivation and resourcefulness to achieve the company's objective - Lowest Qualification :
