Description :: - Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling the activities of packaging and process improvement and to lead the team to achieve the highest quality and optimum service levels to meet customer requirements at the lowest cost
- Responsible for optimizing packaging operations to achieve optimum output and cost efficiency without sacrificing product quality to meet the delivery and sale commitments
- Responsible for the daily operations to ensure that workforce planning is efficient and effective
- Responsible for safe working conditions for employees and maintaining good housekeeping in all areas of work
- Responsible for providing guidance, develop and motivate subordinates to achieve high performance standards
- Responsible for recommending methods for continuous improvement and cost reduction in the packaging
- Responsible for attending, responding, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess STPM / "A" Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- 3-5 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Responsible, result-oriented, self-motivated, open to challenge
- Able to work under pressure and to meet commitments and deadlines
- Familiar with ISO 9001 will be an added advantage
