Description :: • To provide assistance and support in operations and administration matters.
• To conduct analysis and to prepare report and presentation slide.
• To compile data and update on Operation Department performance.
• To compile documents such as petty cash, personal claim, incentives, purchasing requisition, District manager's shcedule and etc.
• To verify operation submission: refund bill and undercharged bills.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin or other related field.
• Preferred at least one year working experince in Food and beverage or retail business.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowlwgde of computer software application is essential.
• Multi Tasking ability and able to perform under tight detelines.
