Description :: • Plan and conduct audit at outlets and fairs nationwide to ensure policy and process compliance.
• Witness physical stocks and fixed assets disposal.
• Attend monthly stock count at warehouses.
• Investigate and provide feedback on process improvement on stock and fixed assets audit or any other unusual matters noted at outlets or fairs.
• Perform stock reconciliation against accounting system.
• Investigates stock variance report from outlet / counters and negative stick in record and follow up and through to ensure cases settled.
• Assist to monitor stocks/ serviced items loss’s investigation and repayments.
• Ensure all company stock/service items and fixed assets are disposed accordance to Company policy.
• Handle ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
Requirements :: • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent. Job role in

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Computer literate
• Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and Malay
• Must be able to travel extensively (> 50%)
