- To attend to incoming calls.
- To prepare consignment notes for courier of documents/letters and to record daily consignment notes used, and incoming documents/letters via courier.
- To attend to visitor’s registration.
- To ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the Reception area.
- To open daily incoming mails & couriers and to distribute to respective parties.
- Other clerical task related to data entry.
- General assistance on administration works, and any other job functions as delegated by management from time to time.  
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM or STPM.
- Applicants must willing to work in Mid Valley.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
