Description :: - Handle full set of account & Account Receivable,
- Ensure accurate and timely posting of all business transactions in the accounting system,
- Check and process all claims and ensure timely payment of claims and payment,
- Reconcile creditors sub ledger against general ledger and reconciliation of bank statement,
- Assist in monthly accounts closing activities, including prepare journals and others related duties,
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly costing reports,
- To liaise with external auditors, banker and government department,
- Any other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements :: - Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Accounting or equivalent,
- Possess own transport,
- With 2 years of working experience,
- Knowledge in UBS accounting system,
- Proficient in MS office application (Excel, Word),
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,
- Good interpersonal and communication skills,
- Able to work independently and under pressure with minimum supervision,
- Required language: Chinese, English and Malay.
