- Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Specializing in inventory, material and warehouse management
- Fully responsible for the overall operations of logistic and work closely with EEW group of Companies.
- Ensures that all logistic activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner, set targets for the team members and provide the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.
- Responsible for the process improvement and enhancement of the Company.
- Amalgamate exiting structures and resources to ensure efficient use of resources and add value to our supply chain. Broadening sources of contractor.
- Developing an effective logistic management system.
- Pursuing and implementing cost reduction activities, ensuring competitive costs and compliance to all corporate guidelines and statutory requirements.
- Providing accurate analysis report & information to Top Management. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Job role in Logistic, Warehouse and Management.
- Strong leadership trait with the ability to coach and train team.
- Good leadership and management skill, proven track record in managing a team.
- Dynamic, self motivated, initiative and able to communicate effectively with all levels.
- IT exposure is required.
- Strong analytical skill, negotiating skills, attention to details and is target oriented.
- Independent yet able to contribute as a good team player.
- Accomplished time management, planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess own transport.
