Description :: The Assistant QA Manager is responsible to assist the Quality and Warranty Manager in handling and administering the Quality Management System of DBI. The Assistant QA Manager shall also have dotted line of reporting to the Managing Director The QMS will be used as a primary tool to improve operations throughout the company with the final objective of achieving quality improvement, procedure simplification and overall efficiency.
Requirements :: • Assist the dept. manager in the administration of the company’s QMS
• Establish operation procedures as part of system improvement.
• Implement and monitor effectiveness of the procedures, and change if necessary as required
• Establish technical procedures ad required for areas or activities found to be lacking.
• Implement and monitor effectiveness of the technical procedures, and change if necessary.
• To function as a Document Controller
• To manage hard copies and soft copies distribution of various standard documents.
• To liaise with various MD’s office assigned work which shall include attending, recording, preparing and distribution of meeting minutes
• To track and report on the assigned jobs(it’s status) by the MD’s office to various departments.
• Any other ad-hoc activities assigned by the department head or the MD.
• The company may at any time, deemed necessary, add or amend any of these job responsibilities.
• Attend the company calls/business calls at all the time.
