Description :
- To perform duties such as correspondence by fax, letters, e-mails, screening phone calls, schedule appointments and meetings for Directors.
- Responsible for administrative and secretarial functions at the Directors’ Office
- Liaise and coordinate with department heads, management staff and other branches on matters related to operations and administration of the company.
- Manage confidential information and matters
- Responsible for proper filing system in the Directors’ office and ensure effective document control for easy access and retrieval
- Handle on urgent matters requiring attention and deadlines
- Ad-hoc other special assignments and duties 
Requirements :
- Proficient in written and spoken English and BM; ability to speak Chinese is mandatory.
- Advantage if able to write Chinese.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in related field
- Preferably senior executives specializing in secretarial/administration or equivalent.
- Ability to handle confidential documents and information
- Personal qualities associated with good human and interpersonal relations
- Have own transport
