- •To develop and build new client portfolios
•Close follow-up and coordination with Clients
•Manage existing accounts and work with new clientele for sales and assignments.
•Responsible for effective end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interviews, recommendations, interview coordination, till successful placements
•Active use of recruitment tools
•Suggest proper medias for approaching the right caliber candidates
•Administrative duties such as updated record keeping of candidates list, coordination, performing reference check, and other special projects as assigned
•Undertake further responsibilities that may evolve in the future - Requirements :
- •Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
•Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
•Required skill(s): excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), acquaintance with the local employment market and community resources, Business Development And Planning.
•Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
•At least 1 years working experience in the related field
•A proven track record of success will be an advantage
•Able to provide new clients and managing self clients’ database
•Self-driven, goal oriented, decisive, team player and ability to act quickly
•Applicant with recruitment experience in finance/accounting, banking OR IT will be an advantage - Lowest Qualification :
