- Assist Country Manager in preparation of related reports for business review.
- Fully in-charge of all incoming correspondences, meeting minutes and internal memos issuance and distribution.
- Assisting Country Manager in administrative planning and liaison with HQ and JB offices
- Overseeing the overall office administration, secretarial duties and assisting in HR matter. 
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma with 3-5 years of working experience in office administration.
- Knowledgeable in MS office, Spreadsheet and good command in English.
- Able to work independently and on tight deadlines.
- A team player and able to multi-task.
