- • To supervise a team of workers in production and delivery of products to meet clients requirements
• Responsible for accomplishing production outputs by communicating job expectations through planning, monitoring and appraising workers performance.
• Responsible to disciplining, coaching and counseling of workers and enforcing SOP procedures.
• Responsible for scheduling and manpower planning.
• To ensure production objectives are achieve daily.
• To ensure good condition of machine & equipment
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing workers on 5S and safety. - Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Senai.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
