Description :: - To create and maintain master data in SAP.
-To bring in cost effective suppliers.
-To do the price comparison and negotiate the best price with suppliers.
-To execute day to day Purchase Order.
-To issue & receive acknowledged copy of latest NDA, Drawings & TDR from suppliers.
-To upload the acknowledged Drawings & TDR into intranet
-To prepare monthly, quarterly& yearly budget reports and other ad-hoc reports.
-To execute cost saving project to meet the departmental target.
-To support in SQM related data’s / documents.
-To create, maintain & follow up supplier related contracts.
-To monitor the scrap disposal activities.
-Perform others related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements :: -Professional Diploma/Degree in Business Administration
-More than 2 years in Manufacturing Environment
-Strong team player and able to multi-task
-Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude and flexible approach to work
-Meticulous, organized, pro-active and able to work under pressure
-Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
