• Prepare agenda and make arrangement for meetings; take minutes & distribute meeting minutes within time frame.
• Prepare and manage correspondences, reports & documents.
• Ensures proper communication throughout the organization by issuing the relevant notices, information and / or internal circulation to staff.
• Compiles, keep tracks and maintains Human Resource records such as leave applications, medical leaves, attendances, OT claims and etc.
 
Requirements :
• Diploma in any discipline.
• Computer literate, proficient in MS Office.
• Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge of ISO9001:2008 will be an added advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively, determine work priorities, meet schedule and deadlines.
• Possess positive attitude, pleasant personality and well presented.
