- -Responsible for the sales of assigned projects and/or properties. -Achieve the monthly and yearly set sales targets.
-Build and maintain good relationship with existing customers, actively source and meet potential customer for sales closure.
-Ensure smooth operation of sales department, sales gallery and show house.
-Able to bring customer to project site, handle and participate in exhibitions, roadshows, launching and other event when requires.
-Identify sales opportunities, to conduct and obtain market feedback, on assigned projects in order to continuously strive for improvement in products and services.
-Providing budgetary control, sales forecast and gross margin analysis.
-To coach and motivates the sales teams and ensure their continous improvement.
- Requirements :
- -Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree/ Master in Business Studies/Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
-Minimum 7 – 10 years of related experience in Sales & Marketing property industry.
-Proven track record of good sales management in property
-Possess good leadership, able to lead a sales team, sales driven, active and energetic.
