- To be aligned with the Company’s Vision, Mission and Guiding Principle
- To work towards achieving the company’s KPIs and departmental KPIs
- Actively involved in following up qualified project leads, preparing detailed quotations, technical support, and project negotiation.
- Proficient and eloquent in discussing and understanding the customers’ requirements.
- Develop the technical knowledge to propose the effective seating solutions to customers based on our range of products and purse the business opportunities that arises within the assigned territories.
- Establish strategic partnerships and build close relationships with key customers, dealers, distributors and partners.
- Work closely with Engineering, Operation and Production department to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Responsible to coach and train dealers and domestic sales team to achieve higher project engagement
- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Provide timely and accurate sales & market information report 
Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree in related field
- Min. 3 years experience
- Able to travel extensively within Malaysia
- Experience in technical/project sales solutions is a plus
- Ability to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions
- Customer oriented and possesses strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills to interact with all levels of people.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
