Description :: • Assisting in all aspects of training and development management for the Company including the organizing and coordinating relevant awareness training activities
• Preparing the training material for designed training program
• Conducting related training program as well as the assessment of the effectiveness of the training\
• Performing training need analysis and sourcing of suitable training course externally/internally according to the training needs from various areas
• Coordinating and organizing (if any) respective departmental in-house job certification process and issuing of job certification certificate as well as institutions practical training related activities
• Maintaining and updating Company Training Management System
• Managing related human resources development funds application and claim reimbursement submission
• Preparing periodic management report and recommending for continuous improvement suggestions
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field with at least 1 year working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the education industry.
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia / English / Mandarin is an advantage
• Experience in education counseling, marketing and promotion activities will be an added advantage.
• Candidates must be able to recruit, motivate, train and lead teams.
• Be a team player, customer-focus and result-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, research and presentation skills.
• Applicants must be willing to work on weekends and long hours when required.
• A mature individual with excellent organization and time management skills.
• Good Microsoft Office applications and computer skills.
• Can start work immediately
