- Training Administration
- Administer training function per our ISO quality procedures.
- Conduct training plan and comply to HRDF
- Benefits & Compensation
- Maintain and update all leave applications;
- Verify employees’ overtime claims;
- Revise company policy up to government requirement
- Welfare & Other Assigned Duties
- Coordinate in company’s recreational activities;
- Issue employee badges, locker keys and uniforms.
- Carry out assigned duties on adhoc basis. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Finance/ Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Law, Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
