- - Assist to develop, implement and maintain Human Resource Policies and Procedures, Strategies and guidelines in line with the company business plan
- Handle for general smooth running of the HR & Administration daily operations.
- Handle for activities, which includes recruitment, selection, performance management, training & development, employee welfare, compensation and industrial relations and benefits.
- Handle for new applications and renewals for Work Permit & Visa Application both for foreign workers and Professional (expatriates)
- Well versed in Malaysian Labor Laws / Trade Union Laws/IR Laws with good knowledge of current HR practices
- To undertake any ad-hoc tasks/projects pertaining to Human Resources and Administrative duties as and when required.
- Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Required languages(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 5 years of experience in similar position
- Ability to multi-tasking, meeting set deadlines required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Strong interpersonal , supervisory skills required
- Must be PC proficient
- Possess knowledge in ISO9001 and IS014001
- Possess own transport
