Description :: - Prepare Bill of Quantities and cost estimates for civil & structure project
- Prepare variation cost for civil & structure projects
- Cost negotiation with suppliers / clients / consultants. Finalize project accounts.
- Sourcing for contractors / suppliers.
- Liaise with clients and consultant on all aspects of tender.
- Managing claims and contractual matters
- Preparing Tender and attending kickoff meeting
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying/ or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 10 year(s) & above of working experience in the related field is required for the position
- Must be able to work independently
- Be able to work in a team and lead the team
- Familiar with Pre & Post Contract and preferable in precast concrete industry
- Able to start work immediately would be an added advantage
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
