- - To supervise the professional greeting of clients and visitors, to the highest standards.

- Maintain inventory for office supplies, assist with cost comparisons for vendors to maintan cost effectiveness and quality
- General office duties such as typing, bookkeeping, flow of correspondence, filing, requisiton of supplies, faxing
- Receive and distribute all incoming mailing and coordinate outgoing mail, including courier services and interoffice mail distribution
- Responding to staff requests for administrative support as needed
- Perform other duties and responsibilites as requested with a sense of humor and team spirit
- Maintain excellent public relations by assuring that public/and internal inquiries are answered in a courteous manner and that complaints are responded to promptly
- Any other adhoc assignments according to business needs
- Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Degree in Secretarial, Business Administration,
- Good command of English language
- Preferebly 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
