- To handle customers' account, arrange shipment to customer
- Customers' contract window
- Process customer new order, handling customer's pull-in & push-out request
- liase with store personnel for process of picking & packing
- Arrange outgoing shipments with shipping forwarders.
- Generating of DO , invoice & packing list
- Handling inbound calls regarding to enquires of complaints
- Handling process of customer's good reject / return shipment
- Communicate and coordinate with internal department in timely basis.
- Submit Monthly Consignment Reconciliation Report
- Provide excellent customer service. 
Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• Required skill(s) : MS Office, SAP
• Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
• Ability to speak Mandarin will be an advantage
• Salary will be based on experience and qualifications
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Senai.
