- - Updates and maintains proper filing of HR files, personal file and etc.
- Assist in payroll monthly report
- Monthly payroll and yearly statutory forms for employees.
- Ad-hoc Job assigned by Management from time to time.
- Handle monthly EPF, SOCSO (through internet banking) and Income Tax.
- Draft out official letter, Termination, Staff Confirmation Letter, etc.
- Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professonal Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
- Good skilled knowledge of Timesoft would be an added advantage.
- Able to multi-task independently with minimum supervision and good working ethics.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- Initiative and work independently.
