Description :: '- Sell and market housing loan products from the leading banks and financial institutions in Malaysia.
- Sell housing loan protection products that go along with the housing loan.
- Identifying and acquiring new mortgage business to the Bank from primary and secondary market.
- Meeting and exceeding the sales target set by the Bank.
- Soliciting mortgage business referred by lawyers, real estate agents, housing developers and values.
- Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationship and close contacts with business counterparts for referrals. Ensuring compliance and consistency with internal Bank's policy.
- Attend to customer enquiries and follow up on mortgage loan application and documentation.
- Other tasks as assigned by managements.
Requirements :: '- Preferable age 25 years old and above,
- Candidates must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Applicants with experience in the retail banking sector, mortgage loan executives, wealth management advisers, and premier banking representatives are encouraged to apply.
- Those without experience but with drive and ambition are encouraged to apply.
- Extensive training and guidance will be provided.
- Ambition and drive to progress to wealth management is encouraged to maximize the candidates' earning potential.
- Fresh graduates shall be given due consideration if the proper attitude and communication skills are evident.
