'- HR correspondences , Offer Letter, Confirmation, Working Term & Condition and HR related duties
- Registration employees profile and movement in the system timely and accurately.
- Managing employee’s database and staff movement including preparation of all HR letters and memo.
- To conduct New Employee Orientation and Exit Interview Survey.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks pertaining to Human Resources duties as and when required 
Requirements :
'- At least 3 years working experiences
- Good working attitude
- Experience in Billion payroll system will be an advantage
- Good communication skill
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Understand Malaysia Labour Law
- able to set up new staff benefit and HR Policy and handbook to suit the Company size
