Description :: - Responsible to manage, develop, and supervise the software team
- Generate schedules for various programs within the Asia software engineering scope of work
- Manage resource loading across the software team
- Communication interface for customers, customer service, product management, and engineering HQ
- Work closely with other engineering groups to evaluate interface to hardware and the operational and performance requirements of the overall system.

Requirements :: -Education/Training: Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related Engineering field
-Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience including team management experience and experience with the entire software development lifecycle.
-Skills/Technical Requirements: Academic background or work experience to include: OOAD using Visual Studio C/C++, STL and ATL; Rational Rose; UML; and Real-time operating systems. Possess leadership and management skills and the ability to work well on integrated teams. Proven creative problem solvers and able to construct and convey abstract relationships and models. Good verbal and written communication skills. The ability to have a strong impact and influence key decisions
