Description :
1) Coordinate recruitment and interviewfor all positions in the plant as required.
2) Comply and carry out Human Resource activities in accordance with established policies, procedure and objectives.
3) Assists in the daily administration of the salary and hourly employee benefits package & preparing on-time payroll computation, submission of EPF & SOCSO.
4) Assists in organizing, developing, implementing and monitoring an effective attendance control program.
5) Maintain employee records, annual leave, attendance records related to payroll and medical claims.
6) Assists Manager in the HR budget process and preparations.
7) Preparation of management reports such as headcount, organization chart, annual leave, employee welfare and benefits, medical claims, absentee, accidents and employee feedback program
8) Assists on the coordination of annual performance review for every employee, which includes annual performance review submission, salary increment and adjustments.
10) Ensure proper retention of personnel records and job application process.
 
Requirements :
Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent with preferably 3 years of working experiencein related field
