Description :: - Ensure integrity, effectiveness and efficiency of Quality Management Systems in support of ISO certification and major customer-specific quality requirements.
- Drive the development , deployment and implementation of business excellence, lean strategy and quality integration for new COHU SEG Manufacturing.
- Design, develop, coordinate and roll-out a Quality Management System and quality improvement program for all company functional process owners.
- Standardize, maintain, implement and improve the approach / tools and measures across the organization.
- Evaluating and processes compliance with global corporate social and environmental responsibility, conflict minerals per SEC requirements, EICC compliance and others that may become requirement.
-Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure effectiveness of ISO9001:2008 implementation and give recommendations for continual improvement.
- Maintain, review and improve the existing ISO9001:2008 processes and all relevant records to ensure full compliance.
- Manage the Document Control system to ensure processes are reviewed, approved, published and maintained on time.
- Ensure the implementation and admistration of the WebQC in SEGMY.
-Ensure accurate and timely reporting of quality performance and drive improvement on quality indices.
- Protect all intellectual properties of the Company and Customer
Requirements :: - Degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent skills with minimum 5 years or experience in quality management system.
- Certifications or specialized training in Quality and/or Organizational Excellence a plus
- Capable to lead and drive the cross functional team in processes improvement from local and Business Unit.
- Able to manage high amount of data in a fast pace and multicultural and cross functional working environment.
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated leader, change agent, influencer, coach and team builder.
- Prefer hands-on experience implementing Quality initiatives in manufacturing, field service, and transactional areas.
- Excellent presentation, communication, facilitation and collaboration skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.
